WEEKLY INJURY REPORT
To assist our Committee with mandatory reporting we would sincerely appreciate All Managers completing the following Weekly Injury Report (including weeks where your team are injury free). IMPORTANT – serious injuries, including suspected concussion must also be recorded in the Rugby Match Day app.
